About Paramount Home Solutions

How a Visit to Cherry Hill Works

From Glendora we drive out to Cherry Hill – about 9 miles, roughly 15 minutes. We're registered with New Jersey as a home improvement contractor (13VH11654000) and work across Camden County; nearby, we've done roofs in Gloucester Township and Cinnaminson. Most of Cherry Hill was built in the decades after World War II, and the roof on a house that age is rarely the original. On those roofs we look hardest at the rubber boots around vent pipes, the flashing at chimneys and along walls, and shingles that have lost their seal. After a summer thunderstorm the list grows to lifted shingles and whatever a falling branch broke.

Who You'll Deal With on a Repair

The inspection, the estimate and the repair are handled by our own people, not handed off to strangers.

Your Inspection

One of our people goes over the roof with a camera: photos of each slope, a close look at flashing, shingles and vents, then the attic for ventilation and the decking. Most visits wrap up in under an hour.

Your Written Estimate

You get the price line by line, with no obligation to sign. It moves only if hidden damage shows up once shingles are off – and you hear about it from us before anything changes.

Our Own Crews

The crew is ours, insured for general liability and workers' compensation, and it works to GAF Master Elite® installation standards.

Whoever climbs onto your roof works for us.

The Standards Every Repair Follows

Here's what comes with each job:

• A free, no-obligation inspection with photos of each slope
• A free storm-history report for your address, if you want one
• A written, itemized estimate before any work
• A straight answer on repair or replace – including "it can wait" when that's true
• Our own crews on the roof
• Insured – general liability and workers' compensation
• NJ Home Improvement Contractor registration 13VH11654000
• Repairs carry our workmanship warranty, with the terms written into your estimate

If anything on that list is missing from what you get, call (856) 412-8800 and tell us.
